420 1st Avenue, Gold Hill Oregon Variance Request


On August 3, 2020, the Gold Hill City Council will hold a public hearing to take public testimony regarding an application for a Variance request asking for relief from standards from the table found in the City of Gold Municipal Code 17.20.110.A (Land Uses Permitted in the R-2 zone) which states that single family detached housing is allowed, and duplexes are allowed but not three family housing nor multi-family housing, for property located at 420 1st Avenue, Gold Hill Oregon.
The meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. at the Gold Hill City Hall, 420 6th Avenue, Gold Hill, Oregon.
